Yes — AislePrompt is free, no credit card required. This includes AI chat, the full recipe catalog, shopping lists, pantry scanning, recipe sharing, and all other features. We earn a small affiliate fee when you shop via Instacart or Amazon, at no cost to you. Sign up with your Google account to unlock family sharing and cross-device sync.

Each recipe can appear in more than one of our 20+ browsing categories (Pasta, Chicken, Seafood, Asian, Mexican, Indian, Mediterranean, Keto, Whole30, Kid Friendly, Cocktails, and more), so the per-category totals on the Recipes page will exceed 55,000; that figure is the de-duplicated catalog size.

Yes! Our entire recipe catalog is publicly accessible. You can browse by category, search by keyword, and view full recipe details (ingredients, instructions, nutrition) without signing in. AI-powered recipe generation and personal features like saving favorites require a free account.

Absolutely. We have dedicated categories for Keto, Whole30, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Kid Friendly recipes. You can also tell the AI chat about any allergies, intolerances, or preferences — gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, low-sodium, high-protein — and every suggestion will be tailored to your needs.

Yes. Save any recipe to your personal collection with one tap. You can also share recipes via a unique link — recipients see the full recipe with ingredients, step-by-step instructions, and can check off ingredients as they shop. No account needed to view shared recipes.

When you search, AislePrompt first instantly searches our catalog for keyword matches. If you're signed in, it also generates custom recipes using AI — these are original recipes created specifically for your query. Both catalog results and AI-generated recipes appear in the search results, clearly labeled.

Yes. Ask the AI to "plan meals for the week" and it will suggest a variety of recipes across different cuisines and categories. You can then add all ingredients to your shopping list at once and order everything on Instacart — one cart for the whole week.

Take a photo of your fridge, pantry shelves, or grocery receipt. AislePrompt's AI vision model identifies every item and adds them to your digital pantry. You can take multiple photos to capture everything. The scanner works with shelves, countertops, open fridges, and paper/digital receipts.

This feature lets you snap a photo of your fridge or pantry, and AislePrompt identifies your ingredients then immediately finds recipes you can make with what you have — no extra shopping needed. It's perfect for reducing food waste and finding dinner inspiration from what's already in your kitchen.

Yes. When you add recipe ingredients to your shopping list, AislePrompt automatically cross-references your pantry and removes items you already have. This prevents buying duplicates and saves money.

Once you have a shopping list, tap "Order on Instacart" and AislePrompt creates a pre-filled Instacart cart with all your items. You can also order ingredients directly from any recipe page. Choose your preferred store (Costco, Kroger, Whole Foods, etc.) in your profile settings.

Yes. The "Order Missing on Instacart" button cross-references recipe ingredients against your pantry and only orders what you don't have. This is the smartest way to shop — no duplicates, no waste.

Absolutely. AislePrompt works perfectly as a standalone meal planner and shopping list app. Take your organized list to any store and check off items as you shop. Instacart delivery is an optional convenience feature.

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your personal data, recipes, and shopping lists are stored securely and never shared with or sold to third parties. We use Google OAuth for authentication (we never see your Google password). You can delete your account and all data at any time.

No. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. Your recipes, shopping lists, pantry contents, and chat conversations are private to your account.

Yes. Paste any recipe URL — from TikTok, YouTube, AllRecipes, NYT Cooking, Bon Appétit, or 40+ other recipe sites — into the URL importer and AislePrompt extracts every ingredient with quantities, stages your Instacart cart, and saves the recipe to your collection. Find the importer at /recipe-importer or paste the URL directly into the AI chat. Works in guest mode; no account needed.
