Ingredients
- 12 oz, bone-in skin-on Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp, chopped Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 12 oz bone-in skin-on chicken thighs dry, then season with 1 tsp dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, then sear chicken skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden.
- Step 3: Transfer chicken to air fryer basket, skin-side up, and cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Step 4: Melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter in the skillet, add 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 5: Remove chicken from air fryer, drizzle with garlic butter, and garnish with additional fresh rosemary.
