Air-Fried Mongolian Curd with Dried Chives

- 8 oz sheep's milk curd
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 8 oz sheep's milk curd dry with paper towels. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes and toss with 2 tbsp all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp salt until evenly coated.
- Step 2: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat basket with 1/2 tsp sesame oil, then add curd cubes in a single layer without overlapping.
- Step 3: Air-fry for 8 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until golden brown and crisp around edges. Immediately sprinkle with 1 tbsp dried chives and toss gently to coat.
