Aperol-Flavored Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp Unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Cold water
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, sprinkle 2 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin over 2 tbsp cold water and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Step 2: In a saucepan, combine 2 cups heavy cream, 2 oz Aperol, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Heat over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and add the bloomed gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Step 4: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl. Pour into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
