- 2 tablespoons Aperol
- 1 teaspoon, finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon, finely chopped fresh chives
- 4 ounces, softened goat cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to a 12x8-inch rectangle, then transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together Aperol, thyme, chives, goat cheese, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Step 3: Spread the Aperol cream mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Step 4: Bake for 25-28 minutes until pastry is golden brown and filling is set, rotating halfway through for even browning.
