- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cut into wedges lime
Instructions
- Step 1: Drain and rinse 1 can black beans. Heat a pot over medium heat, add 1/2 cup diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
- Step 2: Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp cumin, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
