- 1, peeled and pitted avocado
- 2 ounces, melted dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup, cold heavy cream

Instructions
- Step 1: Blend 1 peeled and pitted avocado in a food processor until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
- Step 2: Add 2 ounces melted dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons erythritol, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Process 1-2 minutes until fully combined and creamy.
