Bacon and Egg Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large skillet, cook 4 slices of bacon over medium heat until crisp, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Step 2: Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside on paper towels to drain.
- Step 3: Crack 4 large eggs into the skillet, leaving the bacon grease. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 4: Cook over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring gently with a spatula until whites are set and yolks are still runny.
- Step 5: Stir in 2 tbsp chopped chives and 4 slices of cooked bacon.
- Step 6: Divide the mixture between two plates and serve immediately.
