- 12 oz, trimmed Asparagus spears
- 6 slices, cut in half Bacon strips
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Place trimmed asparagus spears on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Step 3: Wrap each asparagus spear with a half-stripe of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Step 4: Arrange bacon-wrapped asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for 15-18 minutes until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender when pierced with a fork.
