Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap each asparagus spear around a bacon strip, securing with a toothpick. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 2: Bake for 12 minutes until bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender-crisp, rotating the sheet halfway.
- Step 3: While baking, whisk 2 large eggs with 1/4 tsp salt. Melt 1 tsp butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Pour in eggs, cooking for 2-3 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
