Baked Cherry and Almond Crumble

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread 2 cups cherry pie filling in a 9-inch baking dish and dot with 1/4 cup of the almond mixture (set aside 2 tbsp for topping).
  2. Step 2: Pulse 1/2 cup almonds, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a food processor until coarsely ground, then add 1/2 cup cold butter and pulse until crumbly.
  3. Step 3: Press 2/3 of the crumble mixture evenly over the cherry filling, then sprinkle the reserved 2 tbsp almonds and remaining crumble on top.
  4. Step 4: Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
