Baked Lemon-Dill Salmon with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
- 12 oz Salmon fillets
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Place 12 oz salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 3: Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over salmon, then sprinkle with 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 4: Arrange 1 sliced lemon into thin rounds on top of the salmon.
- Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 6: Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with extra lemon wedges.
