Baked Mustard-Glazed Chicken Drumsticks with Roasted Asparagus

- 2 lbs Chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat 2 lbs chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk 3 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp paprika until smooth.
- Step 3: Brush the mustard mixture evenly over the drumsticks, then toss with 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Step 4: Arrange drumsticks in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place 1 lb trimmed asparagus around them.
- Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is golden and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 165°F.
