Basil Mint Aperol Spritzer

Ingredients
- 2 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 4 Fresh basil leaves
- 4 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz Soda water
- 1 Mint sprig
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 4 fresh basil leaves and 4 fresh mint leaves with 1 tsp water until fragrant and slightly broken down.
- Step 2: Add 2 oz Aperol and 3 oz Prosecco to the shaker, fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Step 3: Strain into a chilled coupe glass, top with 1 oz soda water, and garnish with a single mint sprig placed gently on the surface.
