Beef Broth Ramen with Soft-Boiled Egg
Hearty ramen noodles simmered in rich homemade beef broth, topped with wilted spinach and a perfectly soft-boiled egg.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 packs (8 oz / 225g) Ramen noodles
- 2, peeled Soft-boiled eggs
- 2 cups Fresh spinach
- 3, thinly sliced Green onions
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Chili oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 4 cups of beef broth to a gentle simmer in a large pot over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add ramen noodles to the broth and cook for 3 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups of fresh spinach to the pot and cook for 1 minute until wilted.
- Step 4: Divide noodles and broth between two bowls. Top each with one peeled soft-boiled egg, 3 sliced green onions, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp chili oil.
