Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 1/4 peeled avocado
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 juiced lime
- pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Place frozen berries, spinach, avocado, and chia seeds in a blender. Add 1/2 cup coconut water and 1/2 lime juice.
- Step 2: Blend on low for 30 seconds, then increase to high for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and vibrant green, scraping down sides once.
- Step 3: Add remaining 1/2 cup coconut water, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend again for 30 seconds until fully incorporated.
- Step 4: Pour into a glass immediately to prevent separation; serve chilled with a lime wedge for garnish.
