Berry-Lavender Infused Punch

Ingredients
- 2 cups, hulled and quartered mixed berries
- 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
- 3 cups water
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon rosewater
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups hulled and quartered mixed berries, 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender, and 3 cups water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Step 2: Remove from heat, strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pressing gently on berries to extract all liquid, then discard solids.
- Step 3: Return strained liquid to saucepan, add 3 cups apple juice and 1/2 cup sugar, and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves completely (about 3-4 minutes), then let cool to room temperature.
- Step 4: Stir in 1 tablespoon rosewater, transfer to a large pitcher, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled. Serve cold.
