Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
- 3 tbsp Almonds, slivered
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate arils
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine chia seeds with 1/4 cup water and let sit for 5 minutes until gel-like.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey until smooth, then fold in the chia seed gel and flaxseeds.
- Step 3: Layer half the mixed berries, then the yogurt mixture, then the remaining berries and pomegranate arils in a serving bowl.
- Step 4: Top with slivered almonds just before serving to maintain crunch.
