Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz dark chocolate syrup
- 2 dashes gentian bitters
- 0.5 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 pod vanilla bean
Instructions
- Step 1: Split vanilla bean pod and scrape seeds into a mixing glass. Add gin, chocolate syrup, and gentian bitters.
- Step 2: Stir gently with a bar spoon for 45 seconds to dissolve chocolate and infuse vanilla.
- Step 3: Add heavy cream and stir for 20 seconds until emulsified and slightly frothy.
- Step 4: Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, then garnish with a single chocolate curl made by shaving a dark chocolate bar over the surface.
