- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup (30g) fresh kale
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (40g) frozen pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Step 1: Place 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup fresh spinach, and 1/2 cup fresh kale (stems removed) in a blender. Blend on low speed for 30 seconds until the greens are completely broken down and the mixture is smooth.
- Step 2: Add 1/2 medium ripe banana (peeled and cut into chunks), 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, and 1 tbsp chia seeds. Blend on medium-high for 1 minute until the mixture is smooth and no visible chunks remain, scraping down the sides with a spatula if necessary.
- Step 3: Add 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks and blend on high for 30 seconds until the smoothie is cold, vibrant green, and has no lumps.
