- 6, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick peaches
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup, packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup, cold and cubed butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss 6 sliced peaches with 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1/4 cup bourbon in a large bowl until evenly coated. Transfer to a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3: Add 1/4 cup cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter to cut until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 4: Sprinkle crumble mixture evenly over peaches.
- Step 5: Bake for 40-45 minutes, until topping is golden and peaches are bubbling around edges. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
