  4. Step 4: Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, then in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere to all sides.
  5. Step 5: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add breaded chicken strips in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  6. Step 6: While chicken cooks, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill, and 1 minced garlic clove to make the sauce.
