Brewed Jasmine Tea with Lemon and Honey
A soothing, aromatic cup of jasmine tea sweetened with local honey and brightened with fresh lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp jasmine tea leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 lemon
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan, then remove from heat. Place 2 tsp jasmine tea leaves in a teapot or heatproof cup and pour the hot water over the leaves, covering the leaves completely. Cover and steep for exactly 3 minutes — do not oversteep as it will become bitter.
- Step 2: Strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve into two serving cups, discarding the leaves. Stir 1 tbsp honey into each cup until fully dissolved, then add 1/4 lemon slice (thinly sliced) to each cup.
