- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup softened butter, 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar with an electric mixer until creamy; beat in 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well combined.
