- 1.5 oz cachaça
- 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz strong brewed coffee
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine 1.5 oz cachaça, 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur, 1 oz strong brewed coffee, and 0.5 oz simple syrup in a heatproof glass, stirring until the chocolate liqueur dissolves completely.
- Step 2: Add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and stir gently for 30 seconds until the mixture is fragrant and evenly blended.
- Step 3: Heat the mixture in a microwave for 45 seconds on high, or until steaming but not boiling (about 160°F), stirring once halfway through.
- Step 4: Pour into a preheated mug and serve immediately while hot.
