Cajun-Spiced Shrimp with Bell Peppers

- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 2: Add 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Step 3: Add 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper and 1 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until peppers are tender-crisp and slightly caramelized.
- Step 4: Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and cook for 1 minute until flavors are fully integrated.
