Cantaloupe-Mint Refresher Punch

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups chilled water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
- Step 1: In a blender, combine 2 cups diced cantaloupe, 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, 1/4 cup fresh lime juice, and 1/4 cup honey. Blend on low for 1 minute until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Step 2: Pour blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing with a spoon to extract liquid (discard pulp).
- Step 3: Stir in 4 cups chilled water, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over ice, garnished with 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs.
