Chamomile-Lavender Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chamomile flowers
- 1 tbsp lavender
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Step 1: In a saucepan, combine 2 tbsp dried chamomile, 1 tbsp dried lavender, and 4 cups water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, then remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding solids. Add 2 tbsp honey and 1/2 cup lemon juice, stirring until honey dissolves completely.
- Step 3: Chill for 2 hours, then serve over ice with a lemon slice for garnish.
