  2. Step 2: Whisk 8 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 1 lb cooked crumbled sausage, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup thawed drained spinach, 1/4 cup sliced green onions, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley.
