  2. Step 2: In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, 1 cup thawed corn, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese; set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a small bowl, combine 1 medium diced avocado, 1/4 cup finely diced red onion, 1 tbsp lime juice, and 2 tbsp chopped cilantro; toss gently.
