- 2 cups, diced ripe mango
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- Step 1: Blend 2 cups diced mango, 1/4 cup lime juice, 3 tbsp agave nectar, and 1/4 cup water in a food processor until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
- Step 2: Stir in 1 tsp lime zest until fully incorporated. Pour into a shallow freezer-safe dish.
- Step 3: Freeze for 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes with a fork to break up ice crystals. Continue until fully set and scoopable, about 5 hours total.
