Chilled Tropical Citrus Punch with Coconut

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups fresh orange juice, 1 cup fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup coconut water, and 1/4 cup honey; stir until the honey dissolves completely.
- Step 2: Add 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk and 4 cups cold water, stirring gently until well mixed without creating bubbles.
- Step 3: Stir in 1 cup diced pineapple, 1 cup diced mango, and 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Step 4: Just before serving, stir in 1/4 cup shredded coconut and garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
