Cinnamon Bitters Rye Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 0.25 oz Absinthe
Instructions
- Step 1: Rinse a rocks glass with 0.25 ounce absinthe by swirling it around the glass and discarding the excess.
- Step 2: Add 2 ounces rye whiskey, 0.5 ounce cinnamon simple syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters to the rinsed glass.
- Step 3: Fill with ice and stir gently for 20 seconds until the drink is well-chilled and the syrup is fully dissolved.
