Cinnamon-Oat Baked Apples with Honey

- 4 medium, cored and halved apples
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp, melted butter
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place 4 halved cored apples in a baking dish, cut-side up.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp melted butter until combined.
- Step 3: Divide the oat mixture evenly over the apples, pressing gently to adhere.
- Step 4: Pour 2 tbsp water around the apples in the dish, then cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until apples are tender and filling is golden.
