Cinnamon-Spiced Apple and Pear Crumble

Ingredients
- 2, peeled and diced apples
- 2, peeled and diced pears
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp, cold butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss 2 diced apples, 2 diced pears, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a 9-inch baking dish.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Cut in 3 tbsp cold butter using a pastry cutter until crumbly.
- Step 3: Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit. Bake for 35-40 minutes until fruit is bubbling and topping is golden brown.
- Step 4: Let rest for 10 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
