- 2 tsp black tea leaves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Step 1: Bring 2 cups water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.
- Step 2: Add 2 tsp black tea leaves and 1 inch cinnamon stick, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from heat, strain into mugs, and stir in 1 tbsp honey for sweetness.
