  3. Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved, then add vanilla extract.
  4. Step 4: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl to remove any lumps.
  5. Step 5: Pour into 4 ramekins or glasses, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set and firm to the touch.
