Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare vegetables: cut 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 cup carrot matchsticks, 1 cup snap peas, and 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper. Mince 2 garlic cloves and grate 1 tsp fresh ginger.
- Step 2: Whisk together 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl.
- Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
