Cityview Centre Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 medium red onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Divide 1 lb ground beef into 4 equal patties, pressing a slight indentation into the center of each. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness, adding 1 slice of cheddar cheese to each during the last minute of cooking.
- Step 3: Toast the brioche buns on the grill for 1 minute until golden. Mix 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp ketchup in a small bowl.
- Step 4: Spread the mayo-ketchup mixture on the bottom bun, top with a cooked patty and cheese, then add 4 dill pickle slices, 1/4 sliced medium red onion, and 2 thin slices of medium tomato. Top with the bun lid.
