Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 3 oz Soda water
• 2 leaves Fresh mint
• 1 cup Ice

Instructions

1. Step 1: In a shaker, muddle 2 fresh mint leaves with 1/2 oz lemon juice until fragrant and oils release.
2. Step 2: Add 1.5 oz vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, and 1 cup ice to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Step 3: Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
4. Step 4: Top with 3 oz soda water, stir gently, and garnish with a mint sprig.
