  2. Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Step 3: Add chicken thighs skin-side down and cook undisturbed for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Step 4: Flip chicken and cook for 5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Step 5: Remove chicken from pan. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
