Cucumber and Lime Sorbet

  2. Step 2: Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing pulp to extract all liquid.
  3. Step 3: Stir in 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions for 15 minutes until thickened.
  5. Step 5: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours until firm. Serve in small scoops.
