  1. Step 1: Thinly slice 1 medium cucumber and halve 1 cup cherry tomatoes. Dice 1 medium avocado and finely mince 1/4 cup red onion.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Whisk 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp chopped dill, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper to make dressing.
  3. Step 3: Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are coated. Divide between two plates and top with 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese.
