Cumin-Spiced Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Pat 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) dry with paper towels and rub with 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp sea salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Step 3: Sear salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for 3 minutes more.
- Step 4: Squeeze juice from 1 lemon over salmon, then sprinkle with 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill.
- Step 5: Transfer skillet to a 400°F (200°C) oven and bake for 5 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
