Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
Instructions
- Step 1: Melt 4 oz dark chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp powdered erythritol, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
- Step 2: Cool mixture for 5 minutes, then gently fold in 1/4 cup cooled strong brewed coffee.
- Step 3: Chill the chocolate mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Step 5: Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.
- Step 6: Divide into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
