- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Whisk 2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt in a medium bowl.
- Step 3: Beat 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter and 3/4 cup packed brown sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add 1 large egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Step 4: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in 1/2 cup raisins.
