Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup ground flaxseed, 1/4 cup almond flour, and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat 1 large egg until frothy, then stir in 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.
- Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined, forming a thick batter.
- Step 4: Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until melted and shimmering.
- Step 5: Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake into the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
