  1. Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh mint leaves with 1 tbsp honey until honey dissolves and mint releases aroma.
  2. Step 2: Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice to the shaker, then fill with ice cubes.
  3. Step 3: Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until cold, then strain into a chilled tiki mug or glass filled with 1 cup ice cubes.
