Fresh Mai Tai Mocktail with Pineapple and Lime

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120ml) pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lime juice
- 3 leaves mint leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sparkling water
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh mint leaves with 1 tbsp honey until honey dissolves and mint releases aroma.
- Step 2: Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice to the shaker, then fill with ice cubes.
- Step 3: Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until cold, then strain into a chilled tiki mug or glass filled with 1 cup ice cubes.
- Step 4: Top with 1/2 cup sparkling water, stir gently, and garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
