- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove, minced (optional) garlic
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water until smooth.
- Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Step 3: Add 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly caramelized.
- Step 4: Pour in the soy sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats vegetables, stirring constantly.
- Step 5: If using, add 1 minced garlic clove and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat.
