- 12 ounces flank steak
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 10 ounces broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice 12 ounces flank steak thinly against the grain. Mince 1 tablespoon ginger and 2 garlic cloves into a bowl.
- Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to the ginger-garlic mixture; whisk to combine.
- Step 3: Coat steak slices evenly with the marinade and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add broccoli florets and cook for 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Step 5: Push broccoli to one side of the skillet. Add steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Step 6: Toss everything together and serve immediately.
